AI TICKET DOCUMENTATION · 100% ON-PREM

Turn support calls into perfect ticket notes — automatically.

Ticketry listens to the call, classifies the issue, and writes a clean, structured ticket note in your team's style. Runs entirely on your own machines — no cloud, no data ever leaving your network.

🔒 Private by design. Audio and AI both run locally — nothing is sent to any third party.

Watch it write a ticket in real time

Two minutes, no slides — a real call goes in, a finished ticket comes out.

Ticket notes are where good service desks quietly bleed time

Techs are slammed, so documentation gets rushed, written from memory, or skipped — and it costs you in SLAs, knowledge, and billable accuracy.

5–10 min

“Fixed it.”
is a real ticket note — and the next tech who touches that issue starts from zero

From call to clean ticket in seconds

Record the call or paste your rough notes. Ticketry does the writing — in your format.

🎤

Record or paste

Capture the call live, or drop in shorthand notes. Speech-to-text runs locally on your machine.

AI writes the note

It classifies the issue into one of your ~30 recurring categories and drafts a structured, factual note — no invented details.

📋

Matches your templates

Feed it a few of your best notes and every ticket comes out in your team's exact style and structure.

Questions shops actually ask

Does any of our data leave our network?

No. The speech-to-text and the AI both run on the technician's machine. There's no cloud processing, no third-party AI service, and no account with us that your data flows through. An optional cloud-AI mode exists for shops that want it — it's off by default and clearly labeled in the app when active.

Is call audio recorded or stored?

No. Audio is transcribed in real time on the machine and immediately discarded — only the text remains, and it stays local. Recording-consent rules for calls still apply to your shop's own policies, as with any note-taking tool.

What do we need to run it?

A reasonably modern Windows PC per technician. After a one-time setup it works fully offline. No servers, no per-call fees, no usage metering.

How does it get notes into our ticketing system?

ServiceNow is integrated today — Ticketry creates new incidents or updates existing ones directly, caller attached, customer reply included. Every other system works via clean copy-paste, with native Zendesk and ConnectWise integrations on the roadmap.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

The technician always has the final say: every field is editable before anything is filed, and the AI is constrained to facts stated in the call — it's explicitly built not to invent troubleshooting steps. Thin call, thin note. That's by design.

Who's behind this?

Ticketry is built by Avery Smith, an IT support tech from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who spent years writing these notes by hand on a hospital help desk — and built the tool he wished he'd had.

“I spent years on a hospital help desk writing the same ticket notes over and over — usually from memory at the end of a long shift. Ticketry is the tool I wish I'd had, built so the data never has to leave the building.”
