Ticketry is built on one principle: your data stays on your machines. This page exists mostly to tell you how little there is to disclose.
The Ticketry app runs entirely on your own hardware. Call audio is transcribed locally and immediately discarded — it is never stored and never transmitted. Generated notes and settings are stored locally on the machine where the app runs. Nothing is sent to Ticketry or to any third-party AI service. If your shop enables the clearly-labeled optional cloud-AI mode, transcript text (never audio) is sent to that AI provider under your own account and their terms; it is off by default.
getticketry.com uses no analytics, no cookies, and no trackers. We don't log who visits. The embedded demo video is hosted by Loom, which may set its own cookies when you play it — see Loom's privacy policy for details.
If you email us, we'll have your email address and whatever you wrote — used only to reply to you. No lists, no marketing automation, no sharing with anyone.
